Husband and wife team Farley and Ola Sangels bring a wealth of life experiences and a wide range of talents and abilities to the Lamma Studios project. Together they form a team much greater than the sum of their parts.

About Ola Milena:

Lamma Studios Artistic Director and soprano vocalist Ola Milena is a versatile and unique artist who combines a classical operatic education with a unique approach to original musicianship, multi-instrumental, songwriting and arranging skills and a holistic and spiritual approach to musical and personal development.

Ola has delighted audiences around the globe, with her crystal clear singing tone, acrobatic vocal technique, clarity of expression, and clear intention to improve the world. Singing from an early age, in her native Poland in church, Ola received an Honours Degree at The New Zealand School of Music in Wellington and also performed as a chorus member in the New Zealand Opera. However, in 2012 Ola decided to pursue her own original music projects.

Ola then moved to Melbourne, Australia, the region’s creative and artistic capital, and began her own original music project, Senivoda. As the leader of that project, Ola performed all over Australia and released the prog-world-rock masterpiece “Dream and Water” in 2019. She also has performed as a professional jazz singer and together with her husband Farley released “L.O.V.E. – Jazz Classics for Lovers” in 2019.

Ola is active as a healer, spiritual teacher and vocal coach. She combined those skills into her unique program, “Voice Yoga” for vocal self-healing and personal development. Through the deepening of connection between voice and consciousness, Voice Yoga inspires further healing of the body, mind and soul. This unique and revolutionary program has helps singers and non-singers improve and heal their voices and empower self-discovery and personal growth using the voice as a healing tool.

About Farley Sangels:

Farley Sangels is a musician, coach, philosopher, spiritual seeker, audio engineer, vegetarian chef and healer committed to personal and greater growth for all.

Farley’s relaxed and confident stage demeanour signals an accomplished international performance career with many of the world’s finest artists on the great stages. Succeeding early in life in classical music, Farley enjoyed a 21 year orchestra career with the best orchestras of the world, ending with six years as Principal Trumpet of the acclaimed Hong Kong Philharmonic. He has performed in the top concert halls of Europe, North America, and Asia. As a jazz, Latin, contemporary and New Age performer, Farley has performed in over 30 countries in countless musical situations and on many instruments. As a result of his breadth and depth of musical experience his musicianship transcends traditional genre description and brings freshness, originality and meaning to all music where he is featured.

As an audio producer Farley has ten years of experience and has released over a dozen full length releases including his first symphony as a composer “Chakra Zero: A Shamanic Symphony”, “Mantras and Incantations Part One” by World Music group One Love and many other interesting and meaningful original music releases.

Farley is also active in the spaces of meditation, healing, philosophy and related subjects. As the founder of the Lamma Meditation Society he has guided many meditations with live music and is always working on new ways to make mediation even more effective and powerful.
